Process for about 5 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Keep in a glass jar in the fridge.
Hazelnut Butter Pancake Recipe
½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1½ cups almond milk
3 tablespoons hazelnut butter
½ cup apple sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons roasted hazelnuts
1 pear (or apple)
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Blend the wet ingredients in a blender, then add them into the dry mixture. Stir until combined. Chop the pear and hazelnuts, then fold them into the batter.
Grease a griddle and heat over medium heat. Scoop a ¼ cup of the batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on top then turn the pancake and cook until the opposite side is light brown.
Garnish with crushed roasted hazelnuts, sliced pears, and maple syrup.
